Because every book is personalized and made to order, we don't accept traditional returns. Instead, we offer something better: an unconditional Love-It Guarantee.

If, when your book arrives, it isn't everything you hoped for — we'll remake it from scratch at no cost, or refund you in full. You preview every page before we print, you approve before we ship, and we stand behind the finished book once it's in your hands.

To start a remake or refund, write to care@myheroinabook.com within 30 days of delivery with a quick note about what didn't feel right. We'll take it from there.

Damaged in transit? Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a fresh copy on us.
